Tada Game Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

Deposits

• IBFT deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on your bank.

Welcome bonuses are credited to the bonus balance, not the withdrawable cash balance, until wagering requirements are met.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Validity

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Bet Acceptance

Winnings generated from a palpable error are not eligible for withdrawal.

Sports Betting Settlement

Sporting event bets — including PSL cricket and Esports matches — are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void result, settlement follows the specific rules stated within the relevant betting market. Stakes on voided selections are returned to the player's balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Tada Game. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, pending bets voided, and may have their balance withheld pending investigation.

• Creating more than one account on Tada Game.
• Using the platform on behalf of or in collusion with another person or group to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in ways not available to standard users.
• Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic way.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using Tada Game as a financial conduit rather than for genuine gaming purposes.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you do not have full authorisation to use.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a deposit after using the deposited funds for betting or gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward Tada Game staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Any other behaviour that Tada Game determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the fair and legitimate operation of the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Tada Game reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may result in suspension or closure include (but are not limited to): breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, identity verification failure, account inactivity, or a voluntary self-exclusion request from the player.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their Tada Game account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Before closure, any eligible balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations or rights that arose before the closure date.

Involuntary Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation of suspected fraud, policy breach, or identity verification, Tada Game will retain any balance in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, Tada Game may forfeit funds associated with the breach. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be released in full.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. Tada Game reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on dormant account balances after this period, in accordance with the specific dormancy policy communicated at the time. Players are encouraged to keep their contact information updated to receive dormancy notifications.

9. Responsible Gaming

Available Self-Regulation Tools
